As a property owner, we have used Elite Property Management to list, find tenants and administer several of our properties over the years - for several years at a time. Our experience has been that Jane, Scott and Sharon have provided an excellent and very professional service. Jane in particular, has painstakingly careful in her selection of tenants for our properties. This has meant that our properties have been cared for and well looked after, giving us peace of mind as the owners. We have now chosen to sell our Auckland home and that is the only reason we no longer require the services of Elite Property. It has been a great experience and I cannot recommend them highly enough to others wanting to rent out their property.
